Experience
For the past 7 years, I have taught a range of science classes: AP Chemistry, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, AP Environmental Science in a classroom in Los Angeles. Before that, I spent 6 years as a protein lab researcher in the biopharmaceutical industry. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of science whether it's enhancing academic education or building technical laboratory skills. Moving from LA to Lisbon, I hope to continue helping others learn (and hopefully love) science.

Hobbies
My favourite hobbies are food, travel, and fitness. I love exploring new tastes alongside cultural experiences. From the pasta and espressos in Italy, the spicy curries of Thailand, to the tacos of Mexico and beyond, food is a world that is exciting to explore and brings people together. I love fitness and do powerlifting and weightlifting. The understanding of biochemistry is an advantage to understanding peak athletic performance, training, and recovery. I have my USA Weightlifting level 1 Sports Performance Coach Certification and have coached secondary track & field and cross country teams.
